Gavilon Fertilizer Announces Management Updates
Savannah, Ga. (June 9, 2021) – Gavilon Fertilizer today announced leadership changes that will take
effect on Wednesday, June 30, 2021, following the retirement of Brian Harlander, the current President of
Brent Harlander will become Gavilon Fertilizer’s next President after more than 19 years of experience in
positions across the fertilizer organization, most recently as Executive Vice President.
Ryan Burke will become the new Executive Vice President, reporting to Brent. Ryan has more than 26
years of industry experience, most recently as President of Microsource.
Kipp Smallwood will become President of Microsource, reporting to Ryan Burke. Kipp has more than 33
years of experience, most recently as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of Microsource.
