Position Responsibilities

  • Input of new account requests into all Gavilon systems.
  • Input maintenance requests into all Gavilon systems.
  • Identifies and resolves discrepancies.
  • Maintain accrual records and back up documentation.
  • Performs clerical task such as filing, data entry and other assigned duties.
  • Works with management to meet any internal and external trade documentation requests.



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of general business experience preferred.  Experience in a transaction confirmation setting strongly preferred.
  • Must be detailed oriented with strong customer service skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn new things and progress.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Multi-tasking work style.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient PC skills – Excel spreadsheets, Windows 2000, Access.
