Gavilon Completes Acquisition of Refined Products Rack Marketing Business

Omaha, Neb. (July 19, 2011) Gavilon, LLC today announced that it completed the acquisition of the refined products rack marketing business from Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. The business complements the company’s physical energy services and will significantly expand its participation in the wholesale fuels business.
