Position Responsibilities

  • Prepares special reports, letters, Excel spreadsheets, correspondence and records.
  • Performs full clerical, administrative and general office duties, including, but not
  • limited to making copies, creating filing systems, filing documents, etc.
  • Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors.
  • Organize and maintain reports, files, correspondence and other related documents.
  • Review each fertilizer invoice for accuracy.
  • Accurate data entry of outbound truck shipments.
  • Must keep filing up to date and easily accessible.

 

 Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Bachelors or Associates degree desired
  • 3 to 5 years of administrative experience supporting multiple leaders
  • Fertilizer/agriculture industry experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce quality, timely and accurate work.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and prioritization abilities required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited direction.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel. 
  • Strong willingness to learn new things and progress.
